Information about the accessibility of WTC Rotterdam.
Entrance
The entrance to the WTC Rotterdam has stairs and then an escalator. However, there is also a lift next to the main entrance in the brasserie to the exhibition floor/lobby of the WTC Rotterdam.
The lift is not in use outside convention hours. The doors (and the lift) of the WTC building close at 7:00 PM.
The convention floor
The exhibition floor and the meeting rooms are all on one level and easily accessible (no stairs or elevations).
There is a stage in the Leeuwenzaal for the participants of a panel. However, the other guests can enter the room without any problems. If necessary, we can obtain a ramp for a panelist.
Sight and sound
The meeting rooms have sound systems and projectors.
The theater space can accommodate 250 people and there are good acoustics.
Silence
We have a rest/quiet area. This is a room behind the exhibition floor that is reasonably well insulated with comfortable chairs with a good backrest. To get here you have to go through a few doors.
