From military SF to body horror futures, Roderick Leeuwenhart (1983) writes science fiction stories with a quintessentially Dutch character – and often a link to Japan and East Asia. His most recent SF novels (published in Dutch) are THE GENTLEMEN XVII and STAR BODY, the latter of which was published in China. Roderick won the Harland Awards, the top prize for speculative fiction in the Netherlands, and his short stories have been published in renowned magazines such as Nature, Future Fiction and Analog.
